ABSENTEE  FERN: Very few of these are known. Assumption is that Fenton decided upon trial, that it lacked pattern detail, and reworked the mold, adding the Fern design. We have only seen these pitchers in marigold.

Right: - Butterfly and Fern in Green.

BUTTERFLY and FERN: Amethsyt, blue, green and marigold sets are known. None of them appear for sale very often. Amethyst is a scarce color and green could be considered rare.

WATERLILY & CATTAILS - N. Tumbler (left), Fenton on (right).
WATERLILY & CATTAILS - Northwood Tumbler (left), Fenton on (right).

WATERLILY and CATTAILS:  Marigold is the lone color in this water set. This pattern is the earliest one used by Fenton to produce carnival glass examples. The pitcher, as you can see, has a somewhat bulbous bottom, whereas the Northwood pitchers called by the same pattern name, offer a tapered base which sits on an expanded base. Tumblers in the Fenton design have a small basketweave  pattern near the base. Northwood抯 version has short lines near the bottom and is a fraction taller than Fenton抯.

FLUFFY  PEACOCK:  Blue examples seem rather elusive, but actually, marigold, amethyst and green are not prevalent on the market either. Prices for complete 7 pc. sets indicate amethyst and green to be most desirable.

LILY of the VALLEY - Only known tankard destroyed in CA earthquake.
LILY of the VALLEY Tumbler.

LILY of the VALLEY:  Perhaps a dozen pitchers have been reported in blue. One sold for $6,000 in the mid ?0s. The only known marigold pitcher was destroyed in a California earthquake.

SCALE BAND:  There are more marigold than blue and green in this pattern, with only one pitcher and tumbler known in vaseline. The pitcher has sold for $250.

STRAWBERRY SCROLL
Strawberry Scroll in Marigold.

STRAWBERRY SCROLL:  Known in blue and marigold, these pieces always bring top dollar. Tumblers are difficult to find and always pricey! A blue set brought $3,200 in the mid-?0s. A good marigold pitcher can go for as much as $4,000.

Dean & Diane Fry, 7-10

I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season.
Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.
For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day,
And not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. ( 2 Timothy 4:1-8)
